In the small rainforest village of Amantido, Banana Joe, a kind-hearted giant with many children, delivers bananas to a South American port. When a gangster's henchmen arrive to build a banana processing plant, Joe stands up to them, but they return to their boss. The gangster, Torsillo, learns Joe is trading without a license and decides to take advantage of the situation.
