In a desolate mountain castle, a scientist, inspired by Doctor Frankenstein, creates a shy monster and injects it with life. The creature's assistant, Trevor, suggests destroying it, claiming it's either dead or unintelligent. However, the scientist sees the monster's shyness as a disability and attempts to connect with it through unconventional methods, including sock puppets, public speaking classes, acting lessons, and a date with a woman from Project X.
