A young couple, Mridula and Arun, accidentally meet and fall in love. Despite their wealthy backgrounds, they decide to live together for a year to ensure their compatibility before getting married. Tragedy strikes when Arun passes away, leaving Mridula heartbroken. After relocating to Britain, she meets Manu and appears to be healing, agreeing to marry him.
