A band of rebels, led by Cordoba, pilfers six cannons from General Pershing's forces in 1916, prompting Pershing to dispatch soldier Rod Douglas to reclaim them. Douglas assembles a team of misfits and, accompanied by a Mexican officer and an enigmatic woman, embarks on a perilous 200-mile journey to Cordoba's mountain stronghold, where explosive confrontations ensue.
