A plot to overthrow an African nation's government is uncovered by Trapper Nat Coleman and government agent Ted Arnold. They discover that the rightful leader, Caliph Abdul el Hamid, has been replaced by a look-alike with ties to a foreign power. As the Caliph prepares to reclaim his throne, enemy agents Boris and Greg work to thwart his plans, while the masked jungle lord Captain Africa occasionally intervenes to aid the duo.
