In a 17th-century France during the reign of Louis XIII, an animated adaptation of "The Three Musketeers" brings the classic tale to life with an all-animal cast. Dogtanian, a young Gascon, is invited to Paris by Monsieur de Treville, head of the king's Musketeers, to train as a new recruit. After a mysterious foe attacks and robs him, Dogtanian befriends the experienced Musketeers Porthos, Athos, and Aramis. As he navigates the intrigues of the royal court, Dogtanian becomes entangled in a series of duels with Count Rochefort, a man of honor who prefers fair combat over poisoning.
