A law student, unaware of the danger, gets into a "NetCar" sedan and wakes up in a motel room after being drugged and assaulted. Fed up with the justice system's slow response, she decides to take matters into her own hands and becomes the driver of a NetCar herself, determined to track down and stop the serial rapist who victimized her.
