The story of local interpreters who risked their lives to aid the US war effort, now face danger in their homelands due to their affiliation. The film follows three interpreters, including "Phillip Morris", an Iraqi who escaped to the US with the help of an American soldier, Malik, an Afghan still working at a US base in Kabul despite threats, and Mujtaba, an Afghan who fled to Turkey with his family as refugees.
