The Gospel According to St. Matthew

Jesus teaches along a rugged coastline, using parables to spread his message. He attracts a group of devoted followers, but his teachings are often met with hostility and rejection. Despite the challenges, he continues to spread his message, even warning his followers that he has come to bring division, not peace. As his popularity grows, he becomes a threat to the established powers, and the Pharisees, chief priests, and elders conspire against him. Ultimately, Jesus is arrested, tried, and executed, but his spirit lives on, and he appears to his disciples one final time before disappearing from their sight.
