An evil black cloud is threatening the Universe's destruction, and the good Space Bears of Planet Bearia have discovered its source: Earth. To stop it, they send scientist Bearian Starfish the Third to build a Love Bomb, which he builds with the help of his human friend Randy, a kind-hearted but dim-witted kid.
