Kay Jay, a young adult, is stuck sleeping on his grandfather's couch, with a broken computer and nothing to do. He spends his days lounging, snacking on cheap candies, and drinking soda. Feeling restless, he starts playing with fire, wandering aimlessly at night, and encountering strangers, including his aggressive brother September. Despite being trapped in a life of co-dependency, Kay Jay's eyes reveal his deep desire to break free.
