In a war-torn Afghanistan, a new generation of young filmmakers uses their craft to spread messages of peace and social change, employing creative and comedic approaches to reject violence.

The youth of Jalalabad, Afghanistan, inspired by Bob Dylan's "The Times They Are a-Changin'", aim to bring freedom and joy to their city by renaming it Love City and spreading love and no more war. They attempt to take their Cinema Circus to the Tora Bora mountains, encountering challenges and overcoming them with optimism. The story features a 19-year-old female director, a 9-year-old movie star, and a young actor trying to win the heart of his loved one. Despite facing darkness, corruption, and ignorance, the group's hope and love ultimately prevail, reaffirming the possibility of a brighter future for Afghanistan.
