A charming ballet student from a higher social class suddenly and cruelly tears apart the blossoming romance between a young cellist and himself.
Jeremy, a shy cellist at an NYC arts school, falls for Susan, a ballet dancer, after seeing her practice. With the help of his friend Ralph, he musters the courage to approach her, and despite a rocky start, wins her over with his music.
