After sleeping with the lead contractor, Laura's life spirals out of control as the other workers on her beach house project cross boundaries, making her feel invaded. When the contractor disappears, Laura is left to manage the laborers herself, but her attempts to assert authority fail. As tensions rise, the workers become increasingly unruly and Laura becomes isolated, ignoring her husband's calls and waiting for the contractor's return.
