Evil cyborgs kidnap humans from Earth's future to enslave them, and transport dinosaurs from the past to use as trackers. A runaway slave, who has managed to escape, finds himself in present-day Los Angeles, where he must evade the cyborgs, their trackers, the police, and the government. Along the way, he befriends a former prostitute-turned-nun who runs a halfway house.
