Alila

In Tel Aviv, a man named Ezra hires foreign workers to build an addition to a residential building where his ex-wife and her lover live, while his son rebels against the army by living among prostitutes and drug dealers. Meanwhile, a young woman has an affair with an older man who insists on secrecy and rents an apartment in the building. As lives intersect, neighbors complain about the noise and construction, and the community is affected by suicide bombings and elections.
