Two small-time thieves, Billy Ray Lee and Guile, botch their biggest heist and stumble into a second chance. They break into an abandoned warehouse, stealing a valuable book containing bank codes and passwords worth millions of stolen dollars. Unbeknownst to them, they've compromised a long-term FBI sting operation, and undercover agent Kim Matsuda must now track them down to retrieve the book and salvage the operation.
