Three ranch-hands, Lucky, Stormy, and Fuzzy, are swindled out of their cattle herd by Pete, a henchman of Harvey Kent, who leads the herd into a box canyon. Meanwhile, Lucky's partner Doris plans to turn their ranch into a dude ranch, but Kent tries to manipulate her by suggesting Lucky is in cahoots with the rustlers.

A trio of heroes, the Trigger Pals, clash with a ruthless cattle rustler, Kent, who will stop at nothing to acquire the Allen ranch and its valuable cattle.
