In a parallel Japan, rival street gangs, the Tokyo Tribes, clash in a brutal struggle for dominance, as the Wu-Ronz tribe, led by Merra, seeks to conquer all of Tokyo and expand its territory.

In a Japan where territorial street gangs rule, the Tokyo Tribes are formed by opposing factions. Merra, the leader of the Wu-Ronz, allies with Buppa, a brutal gangster, to spark a gang war between the Wu-Ronz and Musashino Saru.
