The Whip and the Body

Kurt Menliff returns to his family's seaside castle to congratulate his brother Christian on his marriage to Nevenka, his former lover. However, his presence is met with hatred and fear from his father and servant Giorgia, who blame him for the seduction and murder of Giorgia's daughter. Meanwhile, Kurt's cousin Katia remains indifferent to his presence. As tensions rise, Kurt's dark desires are revealed, and Nevenka becomes the object of his twisted affections. But when Nevenka goes missing and Kurt is found stabbed with the same dagger used in the murder of Giorgia's daughter, the family is left to suspect each other of the crime.
