In Rome, a high-society party turns violent, leaving one victim injured but alive. Investigative reporter Andrea, a heavy drinker, is tasked with covering the story. However, the case takes a dark turn as a string of murders occurs on every Tuesday, each with a distinctive glove left at the scene, a finger cut off for each victim. As Andrea closes in on the killer, he becomes increasingly entangled in the investigation and finds himself at risk of being the prime suspect, with someone he cares about in grave danger.
