A young nurse starts her shift at an ancient city hospital, where she encounters a mysterious apparition. Despite urgent surgery, no one wanted to care for him, and the pain and medication drove him to madness. When one of the nurses visited his room, she found it empty, and all contact with him ceased. Suddenly, a bell rings, interrupting the eerie silence, as a call comes in from Mr. Moore's room.
