Cowboy Bob Blake and his friends embark on a mission to Arizona to rescue his friend Joe's sister, Betty Jackson, who has vanished under enigmatic circumstances.

Bob Blake and his gang visit Joe Jackson's ranch, only to discover he's gone missing. Meanwhile, Slim deceives Dusty out of his cash by using ventriloquism and rigged cards. As Blake searches for Jackson, he learns Thorne's gang is holding him captive.
