Tanya and her lover, Lobo, flee to a deserted tropical island, where Tanya forms a bond with a gorilla-like creature named Blue, with whom she learns to communicate. As Lobo becomes jealous and aggressive, the creature begins to develop human traits, leading to a brutal battle between man and beast for Tanya's affection.
