A group of college students, seeking a break from schoolwork, embark on a trip to an old farmhouse in the woods. As they settle in, they realize they've forgotten to pack water and opt to drink from a nearby stream instead. As night falls, they begin to act strangely, experiencing hallucinations and paranoia. It becomes clear they've been infected by the water, which triggers a murderous rage. As they turn on each other, the group descends into chaos, with the only survivor, Irwin, documenting the horrors with his camcorder.
