A group of punks terrorize a small town's gas station, leading to a confrontation with the owner's friend Billy Ray Dalton. After being forced to reveal Dalton's address, the punks return and brutally murder his pregnant wife, abducting his daughter. Dalton, a part-time musician, sets out to rescue his daughter and seek justice.
