In the face of German occupation, inventor Dr. Axel Bomasch escapes to England with his daughter Anna, but the Gestapo kidnaps them back to Berlin. As war approaches, British agent Dickie Randall infiltrates Berlin, posing as a high-ranking German officer, and begins to woo Anna to the German cause.
