Mikey and Nicky

A desperate man, suffering from an ulcer, is convinced he's being targeted for murder by a local mobster. His childhood friend arrives, but the man refuses to let him in, his mood swings causing tension. As the night unfolds, the friend tries to calm him down and get him out of town, leading to a journey through various locations, including a bar, club, movie theater, and cemetery, while a hit man closes in on his target.
