In the midst of Marseille's ineffective police force, Paris sends Philippe Jordan, a drug-enforcement specialist, to dismantle the city's drug networks. His primary target is mobster Sauveur Mecacci, who has evaded capture and prosecution thus far. Jordan's unorthodox methods may prove effective against Mecacci, but only if he receives the green-light from Marseille's police bosses and survives the numerous attempts on his life.
