In 1983, a group of friends who worked at Disney's EPCOT created a feature-length movie, Beer Drinkers in Space, despite having no prior experience. The nine-month project consumed their lives, with sets built in their homes and elaborate models and pyrotechnics shot. The camp comedy was made using cue cards and impromptu filming sessions. 23 years later, the writer/director Frank Delle interviewed all involved and created the documentary Keep Drinking Men! The Story of Beer Drinkers in Space, featuring behind-the-scenes footage and clips from the original movie.
