Jen Ko, a newly trained military academy graduate, is sent on a secret mission to capture Fong, a notorious gang leader who dominates the city of Lung Tau and is responsible for the death of Jen Ko's father. However, Fong has anticipated Jen Ko's arrival and has hired seven skilled kung fu fighters to protect him and his illegal activities.
