A young troublemaker named Ta Sha wreaks havoc on his town until he's confronted by his rival, Chan Chuen-Chung, who defeats and humiliates him. Seeking revenge, Ta Sha sets up an ambush with his friends, but Chung and his brother escape and use their weapons against them. Chung's brother spares Ta Sha's life, but Chung accidentally sets off fireworks, leaving Ta Sha severely injured. Chung's family is later murdered by Iron Steel, a hired assassin, and he's left grief-stricken.
