Ben, desperate to protect his autistic daughter Sarah, abandons hospital treatment and flees with her during a power outage. As they take the elevator, they're joined by three strangers, only to find themselves stranded and facing demonic creatures in a deserted hospital. The monsters seem drawn to Sarah, and Ben must fight to keep her safe.
