A young man named Hari is drawn to conflicts and disputes, often getting involved in them for the sake of excitement. He is sent to a village where a long-standing feud between Telugu and Tamil communities has been ongoing. Initially, Hari is intrigued by the fights, but he soon falls for Karthika, the daughter of the Tamil leader. As he considers marrying her, he becomes curious about the origins of the conflict between the two groups.
