As a legendary surfer in his late twenties, JC's life is about to take a dramatic turn. His friends, including his soon-to-be-married buddy Terry, arrive in their small English coastal town, bringing with them a sense of nostalgia and recklessness. Meanwhile, Josh, a successful techno music producer, tries to unlock JC's musical tastes, while Dean, a drug dealer, grapples with the harsh reality of his unfulfilling life. As JC's relationship with his girlfriend Chloe reaches a crossroads, he must decide whether to settle down and run a surfer coffee shop or follow his wanderlust and travel the world without her.
