Robert Sand, a skilled agent, is enjoying his vacation when his commanding officers ask him to rescue his girlfriend, Toki, the daughter of a high-ranking Eastern Ambassador, who has been kidnapped by a criminal mastermind known as the Warlock. The ransom demanded is the secret to a powerful new weapon, the freeze bomb, which is also linked to a lucrative drug trade and Voodoo ritual murders.
