In a dystopian Venus, a civil war between Ishtar and Aphrodia ravages the planet. Reporter Susan Sommers arrives in Aphrodia just before its capture by Ishtar, befriending a group of teenagers who live for a high-stakes motorcycle sport. When Hiro and his friends join the fight to free Aphrodia, Hiro's daredevil skills prove invaluable in piloting the mono-cycles that become the key to victory.
