Two men, Simon and Mark, share a flat in London. Mark's untimely death from AIDS leaves Simon struggling to cope, as Mark's ghost appears to haunt him, urging him to confront and express his emotions. Despite his initial reluctance, Simon is forced to confront his feelings, especially love, as he navigates his new reality. Meanwhile, he observes the romantic entanglements of their neighbor Siobhan and works as a satellite TV installer alongside Dogger, a homophobic coworker who is oblivious to Simon's sexual orientation.
