In the aftermath of the 1923 Great Kanto earthquake, a group of female sumo wrestlers, including Tomoyo and Tamae, arrive in the Tokyo area. There, they catch the eye of Tetsu and Daijiro, two members of an anarchist group, who are drawn to their unique skillset.
