A bomb disposal officer loses a leg in a blast and retires from the police. Three years later, he's accused of involvement in bombings and has no memory of his past or identity due to PTSD. He sets out to clear his name and prevent further attacks, becoming a key figure in the battle between the police and a terrorist organization threatening Hong Kong landmarks.
