Texas Rangers Steve Bowie and Lucky Laidlaw, along with Harmony Bumpus, are sent to investigate enemy activity in Alaska. They arrive at the ranch of Kendall, a murdered Alaskan, and meet neighboring ranchers Matt Taylor and his daughter Sheila. As they investigate, they uncover a plot by Chris Larsen and his German henchmen to build a runway for enemy planes, with orders from a German submarine. The rangers must expose the plot and capture Larsen and his accomplices before it's too late.
