After their father's death, a young man named Matt moves in with his older brother Michael in Miami Beach. Matt is a free spirit who works as a lifeguard and struggles to find his place in the world, while his brother is a materialistic advertising executive. Matt falls for his brother's girlfriend Natalie, but is hesitant to pursue her due to his loyalty to his brother.
