In a post-apocalyptic world, genetically-enhanced humans dominate the remaining natural-born humans, who are forced to live in a last habitable city surrounded by wastelands and hunted by mutated monsters. Meanwhile, a rebellion begins to form among the crew of a massive army tank, fueled by a legend about the Republic of EZO, said to return with the last star ship.
