A woman, Lam, teams up with a lost-and-found expert, Mr. Worm, to find her lost lover, Ted, while she's struggling with a leukemia diagnosis. As she recovers, she helps Mr. Worm solve a difficult case and eventually decides to travel to St Kilda, Scotland, to find the "ends of the world" and discover more about herself and life.
