The Overlook Animal Research Laboratory has been secretly conducting genetic engineering experiments without incident. However, when two animal liberation activists accidentally release a genetically modified test rabbit, chaos ensues. The rabbit's altered genes cause a nearby farmer, Hans Kottentail, to undergo a terrifying transformation. He begins to grow fur, eat vegetables, and exhibit a new ability to hop. As the transformation progresses, Hans's behavior becomes increasingly erratic and violent, leading to a series of gruesome murders. A group of five local women, each with a personal connection to the case, must band together to stop Hans and put an end to the carnage before it's too late.
