Hiawatha

Hiawatha, a member of the Ojibway tribe, is dispatched by his chief to uncover the hostile intentions of the Dakotah and Illinois tribes, which have been threatening the Ojibway's land.

In this romantic drama, Hiawatha, a peace-seeking member of the Ojibway tribe, falls in love with Minniehaha during a mission to the Dakotah tribe. However, their romance is threatened by a war between the two tribes, sparked by a hotheaded Ojibway tribe member. After the war is averted, Hiawatha discovers a shocking truth: he is the long-lost son of the Dakotah chief. Ultimately, Hiawatha and Minniehaha start a new life together, setting up a tent-keeping home.
