A high-ranking American general, stationed in Belgium, is on the verge of facing a trial that will reveal his heinous war atrocities committed in Vietnam.

The story follows the life of US Army General Massacre, whose life is marked by complex flashbacks across three periods. After liberating Belgium during World War II, Massacre settles near Antwerp, marries, and ultimately murders his wife for infidelity. He then faces accusations of war crimes against civilians during the Vietnam War, but is acquitted and instead receives a dead-end posting in Belgium.
