Bye Bye Brazil

A traveling circus, Caravana Rolidei, arrives in town, featuring a mesmerizing lineup of performers, including the enigmatic Salomé, a strongman, and a mesmerizing accordion player. As the troupe journeys deep into the Amazon, a young couple, the accordionist and his pregnant wife Dasdô, join the group, despite the presence of television, which is considered an enemy. The accordionist becomes smitten with Salomé, who eventually reciprocates his affections, while Dasdô allows it, but their happiness is short-lived as financial struggles hit the troupe, forcing the accordionist to make a difficult choice between his wife's prostitution or leaving the caravan.
