LA-based Secret Service agent Richie Chance, a reckless and thrill-seeking operative, is driven to catch notorious counterfeiter Ric Masters, who will stop at nothing to protect his operation. Chance's personal life is marked by a dangerous hobby of base jumping, while professionally, he is compromised by his involvement with a parolee who provides him with information in exchange for leniency. With his new partner John Vukovich, Chance is determined to take down Masters, who is aware of the Secret Service's pursuit and will use violence to evade capture.
