In this film, a gangster named Deak Foster and his loyal henchmen take over what they believe is a nightclub, only to find it's actually a nursery. As they spend more time with the kind-hearted owner, Irene Perry, they begin to change their ways and even enroll in night school to further their education. Meanwhile, Deak finds himself falling for a young woman named Julie.
